This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp eye for rigorous reasoning.

What You'll Do
Design Complex Business Challenges — Build advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, cap table modeling, supply chain optimization, and organizational decision-making
Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Craft rigorous, step-by-step responses — complete with financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationales — that serve as the benchmark for AI training
Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards
Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and document reasoning failures such as ignored sunk costs, miscalculated WACC, or flawed competitive analysis, and provide structured feedback to improve model performance
Work Independently — Complete task-based assignments on your own schedule, fully asynchronously
Who You Are
Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business domains: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style analysis and recommendations
Precise and detail-oriented when reviewing financial models, business arguments, and quantitative reasoning
Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
No prior AI or data annotation experience required
Nice to Have
Background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy
Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or structured feedback systems
Proficiency in data-driven decision tools — Excel modeling, Tableau, SQL, or similar
Exposure to executive-level decision-making environments
