In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs. This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

As a Capital Markets Analyst, you will play a critical role in assisting the company's capital markets activities. This position is accountable for analyzing market trends, conducting financial research, and providing insights to facilitate strategic decision-making related to capital structure, debt issuance, and investor relations.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, treasury, and investor relations, to provide financial thoughtfulness and insights. You will contribute to the development of capital markets strategies, assist in the execution of debt issuances, and monitor market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for capital markets strategies.
Conduct financial research and analysis to facilitate debt issuances, refinancing, and capital structure optimization.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze investor sentiment and market conditions to identify risks and opportunities.
Assist in the development and execution of investor relations activities, including earnings releases, investor presentations, and investor conferences.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting obligations.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in capital markets and investor relations.
YOU MUST HAVE
A minimum of 2 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of financial markets, capital structure, and debt instruments.
Experience in financial analysis and research.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Relevant certifications, such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), are highly valued.
Experience in the capital markets or investor relations function of a publicly traded company.
Knowledge of debt markets, credit ratings, and regulatory requirements.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying up to date with industry trends.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
