I am a commercial litigator. Previously, I had the privilege to serve as a ligation partner at Patterson Belknap, where I worked since 1983. I have over 35 years of experience in the field and have tried many cases in federal and state court and before arbitration panels. I regularly represent financial institutions, mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate developers and multi-national companies in commercial, securities and real estate disputes. Due to my experience in the ADR field, I am often called on to serve as an arbitrator or mediator in high-stake matters. I frequently argue appeals, particularly in the appellate courts of New York.
