At LLR Partners, I lead firmwide recruiting efforts and manage the summer internship and analyst program. I also oversee various development initiatives across the firm. My main focus is recruiting students for summer internship & full-time opportunities, and working with experienced professionals on their next career move. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Ohio State with a specialization in Human Resources, and a Master's Degree in Higher Education with a concentration in Access & Success from Temple University. My passion is helping students navigate career exploration and recruitment processes to find their dream roles.
